USRAH BUDI 3
WHAT I LEARNED FROM THIS USRAH:
In this semester 3 2020/2021, I took the subject Usrah Budi 3. In our class, we have about 25 students from various Kuliyyah in our university. Our beloved Naqibah is Sister Syamimi Mazri.
From this Usrah Budi, I learned a lot.
1. Preparing for life after graduation by Sister Nabilah Sabri
What I can took from this sharing session was as much as we have time, do learn a lot like some skills of Microsoft Excel, foreign language and others.
2. Takaful Finance Literacy by Brother Hisyam Yunus
This sharing session is about why we need takaful for emergencies such as car accidents and other natural disasters.
3. Grand Usrah: Lessons From Surah Al-Kahfi by Brother Syarif
This usrah is about the detail of explanation of Surah Al-Kahfi.
WHAT I REFLECT FROM THIS USRAH:
Lesson 1: Dunya and Akhirah
According to this usrah, Dunya is like a drop of water, whereas Akhirah is like an ocean. Paradise is a place of perfect happiness and nearness to Allah. Hell is a place of fire and torment. Life is a test, and our actions in this life determine whether we will be rewarded or punished in the next.
Lesson 2: Life after death
The takeaway from this lesson is that this life is worthless in comparison to the hereafter. The Prophet Muhamad said: "The life of this world compared to the hereafter is as if one of you were to put his finger in the ocean and take it out again and compare the water that remains on his finger to the water that remains in the ocean".
